ORDERING

Q. When do I receive my item?
A. All orders placed before 3pm of every working days (With option of Next Day Delivery) are sent out immediately to reach our customers before 1pm the next working days. Orders using the 3-4 days delivery option is also sent out immediately but to reach you withing 3 to 4 working days. Orders placed after 3pm and weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Q. What happens if I bought the wrong screen for my laptop?

A. If you have wrongly purchased the wrong screen for your laptop you should contact us immediately and have it sent back to us for replacement. Please note that all delivery charges will apply.

Q. What do I do if I cannot find my screen on your website?

A. We stock mostly all laptop screens. If you cannot find the required screen please contact us.

Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from Laptop LCD Screens and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality at all. All our screens are Grade A with very high quality and comes with 90 days warranty.

PAYMENT

Q. What are the payment options?

A. We accept Paypal, Google Checkout and major Credit/Debit card payment. You can also decide to pay over the telephone. Just give us a call on 0844 811 1374 and +44(0) 844 811 1374 if you are calling from oversea.

Q. Do you offer wholesale price?

A. By all means we do. Please call us today to discuss our wholesale prices.

Q. Do I get a VAT Receipt after my purchase?

A. Yes. All fully processed orders comes with a full VAT receipt sent to you via email or snail mail.

SHIPPING

Q. Which courier service do you use for the delivery?

A. We usually use Royal Mail, UPS and City Link for our item shipping


Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. Royal Mail, UPS or City Link (or other postal service we may have used) will leave you a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them to arrange a convenient time for redelivery or collection.

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to all locations worldwide.

Q. What happens if I receive a damaged screen?
A. We carefully pack and package the screen and it is rare for your purchased items to be damaged when you receive them. However, We will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported to us within 3 days on delivery

Q. Can I collect the item?
A. Yes. You can collect your item at 42 Warbeck Road, New Moston Manchester. Please give us a ring on 0844 811 1374 before time.

FITTING

Q. Can I fit the screen myself?

A. Yes you can if you are very technical with things. All purchases over our website comes with fitting instructions. Please also note that you should never try to fit the screen if you are not sure you can.

Q. Can I get a fitting service?

A. Yes you can. After going through our fitting instruction and you feel it may prove difficult please give us a call and we can arrange to fit the screen for you.

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. We are opened Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.


Q. How do I know which screen is right for me?

A. Our website has been designed to be easily navigated. By clicking on the laptop brand and model name from the home page you will be able to find the right screen for your laptop. Please contact us if you are not sure.


Q. How do I determine the size of my screen?

A. You can determine the size of your screen by measuring it diagonally.
